14-Day Return & Refund Policy
1. RETURN PERIOD
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unused and in its original packaging.

Special Exception: We accept returns even if the package has been opened, provided the product is found to be incompatible or not matching your equipment upon first fitment. In this case, the product must still be unused and in its original condition.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been partially used or consumed.

Items damaged due to customer's incorrect installation or handling.

Sale items or gift cards.
4. DAMAGES, INCOMPATIBILITY AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, does not fit your model, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
