1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

2. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been processed for shipping.

  • After Shipping: Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard 14-Day Return Policy applies.

3. REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION

  • Processing: Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Consumable Exception: Please note that once an order for a consumable product has been processed and prepared for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
